Where to Shop on 3rd Street in Santa Monica
There are so many shops here – Forever 21, Gap, JCrew, H&M, Crossroads just to name a few. But make sure to go to Wasteland & Patagonia.
Wasteland: is a second hand store that has fantastic finds. Wasteland had higher end items like Chanel, Theory, MM6, YSL, Balenciaga, and Y3 just to name a few. But, they had less expensive quality brands like Free People and Zara. For every item I picked up the prices were very reasonable. So if you are looking for upscale brands at better prices check out Wasteland. The vibe is cool and the prices are great.
Where to Eat: Blue Plate Taco
Their margaritas are insane! They are so delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Try the Passion Fruit marg on the rocks, you won’t be disappointed. When my sister and I were here we split the guacamole and baja fish tacos. The guac was very fresh and the tacos were the perfect amount of crispy. This restaurant is a great combination of location (you are right across from the beach and can sit outside) delicious food, and tasty drinks. Blue Plate Taco is a great place to stop.
