Wine Wednesday at the office today – tasting a red blend I helped make a few years back. It’s got good fruit and earthy notes, but I think the tannins and acid are still a little strong. Definitely a wine that needs to be decanted. I think I’m going to leave this in the bottle for another year. How are your wines coming along? Any fun and exciting new blends you’re trying?
