Winemaker Bootcamp has started at Musto Wine Grape Company today! Making some South African Pinotage. Working with two different yeasts, BDX and D80. Going to be an interesting wine! These grapes are from the Breede River Valley and should display notes of cedar-toned plums, dark berries, backed by a smooth textured tannin structure when its all said and done. Already looking forward to bottling this wine. Stay tuned for more updates!
