Sterling has released a Blanc de Blancs, Rose, and Prosecco DOC! These delicious bubbles range from $18-35.00/bottle. Great price points for the holidays! 

Personally I loved the Blanc de Blanc. It was fresh, vibrant, and really woke up my palate. I’d pair it with a winter salad, fresh fish, chicken, and something to celebrate (like making it to Wednesday for example ;)). Does anyone else feel like the weeks are dragging on or is it just me? Enjoying these bubbles on a Wednesday after work is my type of celebration. 

Sterling has released some delicious single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon!

If you’re looking for a bold, silky, but structured Cabernet Sauvignon I’d pick up the Yates Mount Veeder Cabernet. The grapes were sourced from a vineyard in Mount Veeder, CA. Mount Veeder is known for it’s rich, intense soils which create delicious and age worthy wine.
